Invoices and Scope
Professional fees are shared through proposals, engagement letters, or invoices based on the agreed service scope, geography, and delivery timeline.
If the scope changes during the engagement, revised commercial terms may be shared before additional work begins.
Payment Timelines
Payment due dates are mentioned on the invoice or proposal. Timely payment helps us start work quickly and maintain filing deadlines without avoidable delays.
For recurring retainers, invoices may be raised monthly or at another agreed frequency depending on the nature of support.
Taxes and Supporting Documents
Applicable taxes, if any, will be shown on the invoice in line with the relevant jurisdiction and service structure.
Clients should retain invoices, receipts, and any related correspondence for their accounting and compliance records.
Payment Confirmation
Once payment is completed, sharing the transaction reference or remittance advice helps us reconcile the invoice faster and activate the engagement without delay.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refund requests are reviewed based on the stage of work completed, third-party costs already incurred, and the engagement terms shared at the time of onboarding.
If you need billing clarification before making payment, our team can guide you through the invoice and expected next steps.
